We would like to thank everyone who came to the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Street Party at Face Clinic London on Friday and made it such a success. We had a turnout of several hundred people. The evening was hosted by the fabulous Cookie Monstar who is a London drag queen and the first drag artist to be given the title of “forces sweetheart” after performing for troops serving in Afghanistan.
The evening really took off with the fabulous Tina Turner Tea Lady who took to the stage and performed two classic songs and was joined on stage with our very own Simon, from Urban Wellbeing and Face Clinic London. She certainly worked the crowd armed with cups of English tea -see video’s below. The evening was topped off with the talented Niki Mak who performed a club classic to get everyone in the party mood. Finally, we would like to congratulate everyone who won prizes in our charity raffle, including the lucky lady who won two areas of free Botox, and to thank all of the businesses in Silver Place who kindly took part, helped, donated and contributed to the event.
